If you already know two TSC (Thames Ski Club) members you will fill out a provisional membership application and be assigned two sponsors.
-Sponsors will arrange with you (and your family) to attend two weekends at the lodge (one being a ski/winter weekend).
Strongly encouraged to attend one business meeting either in person or Zoom. (Your sponsor will send you more information).
If you don’t know any TSC members the Recruitment Committee will register you or your family as prospective member(s) and ask that you submit three character references. The TSC will also conduct a background check prior to assigning you a host.

After completion of these requirements there will be a discussion between host and prospective member regarding proceeding with provisional application process.
Must Include 2 sponsors.
Must Include 3-character references.

*Do not send any money with the application.
You will be notified by the Membership Committee that your application has been accepted as a Provisional Member for a minimum of one year.
When you accept provisional status, ½ initial capital improvement fee and one year’s dues ($265 for an individual and $530 for a family) will be required. Once accepted as a regular member the other half of the capital improvement fee of $125 for individuals and $250 for a family will be due.
Provisional members may use the Lodge if a regular (voting) member is in attendance by following our sign-up procedures.
Track your requirements as a provisional member (form provided on website). Try to complete it within the one-year period.
Requirements:
Spend one ski/winter weekend at the Lodge with a sponsor (club member) as a provisional member.
Spend one ski/winter weekend as a Trip Leader in conjunction with a sponsor (club member).
Participate in one work weekend (October or May) with club members
Attend one business meeting in person or three online meetings via Zoom
As a regular member you are required to make a substantial contribution every 2 years (odd year cycle). Each regular member (i.e. individual or both adults of a family membership) is required to make at least one substantial contribution every 2 years (odd year cycle) which may include:
Run a ski weekend or lodge event generating a minimum of $750
Actively participate in a work weekend (October or May)
Attendance at 75% of the Club’s business meetings either in person or Zoom
MEMBERSHIP FEES
Individual: $250 Annually
Family: $500 Annually
WEEKEND ADULT FEES
$25 members per night
$40 Guests per night
Food: $25 includes 2 breakfast and 1 dinner
WEEKEND CHILD FEES (AGES 2-12)
$15 member per night
$20 Guest per night
Food: $11 for 2 breakfast and 1 dinner
*Children under 2 are free
